A house dedication for the new PVHFH home at the corner of “C” and 2nd Street in Chino was held on Saturday, March 10, 2007.

Wescom Credit Union, the house Sponsor, was represented, as well as many volunteers from Habitat.

We were honored with the presence of Chino Mayor, Dennis R. Yates, at the event.

Also in attendance were Mr. Joe Blackstock, PFHFH Board President, Cyndi Torres, PVHFH Executive Director and Marc Berlanga, PFHFH Construction Supervisor.

Michael and Katrina Hughes and their children Madison (age 2), Alexander (age 6) & Samantha (age 4) were welcomed to their new home. Wescom's President & CEO Darren Williams presented the family with a symbolic key, and Executive Vice President & COO Jane Wood awarded the family a custom-built wooden outdoor play set. At the close of the Ceremony, all attendees were invited to enjoy refreshments and tour the home.
