The Site Planning and Construction Committee represents realtors, architects, civil engineers, city planners, crew leaders, materials acquisition and volunteers as they work on construction forecast plans. This committee works closely with the Project Manager in coordinating the planning for land negotiations, DDA (disposition and development agreements),plans/permits, fund raising and all phases of construction.
